With the release of the final episode, I am excited (and nervous) to announce that you can hear me in my first anime role... as the English voice of Tina in Dark Moon: The Blood Altar!

I'm a little bit of shock to announce this honestly. Tina is a roomate character you can see in the ending credit sequence of episode 12 in Dark Moon: The Blood Altar.
A huge thank you to the team at Sound Cadence Studios. This is my first time doing ADR for an anime, and the team were very encouraging, warm and professional in the process. The cast is also stacked with talent - Sound Cadence Studios did such an amazing job of hiring a terrific cast of remote voice actors, with authentic accents to top it all off!
Thank you so much for having me, this is truly incredible.
You can watch Dark Moon: The Blood Altar on Crunchyroll, Amazon and other platforms - enjoy! (the OP song is a banger of a tune btw)
Additional note:
Thank you, Dan.
TW: death & grieving
I unfortunately had the news of one of my friends passing away the same day this project rolled into my inbox. The feelings of grief, anger, joy, nerves, and bravery all in one hit was a lot to handle - it was an incredibly difficult week and one that has shaped a new outlook on life somewhat.
I spoke to him a lot about my VO journey, and he gave me so much unconditional love and support in my venture - telling his family and other friends about me, and just generally being the best kind of support anyone could ask for...
As a UK voice-over artist where opportunities like these are few and far between, I feel so very lucky. I'm devestated that I couldn't tell him of this achievement - it pains my heart so much to not be able to celebrate this incredibly fortunate opportunity I was given with him. Alas, it makes the role ever more special - as I hope he would be proud of me, and I wish I could hear him cheer for me again. I cherish the support he gave me, thank you friend.
